Trevor Beattie (born 1959), partner of Beattie McGuinness Bungay, formerly chairman of TBWA London, is an advertising executive responsible for a number of high-profile and often controversial advertising campaigns — most notably the "fcuk" campaign for French Connection and he claims to be behind the Wonderbra ads after 'Hello Boys' which Nigel Rose created to media acclaim. He has managed campaigns for the Labour Party, being a friend of Peter Mandelson and a supporter of New Labour. Beattie masterminded the ad campaigns for the Labour party in the 2001 and 2005 General Elections. == Early life == Born in Birmingham, Beattie was one of eight children born to working-class parents - his father was a car mechanic. The family lived in the Balsall Heath suburb of the city. Beattie was the first member of his family to enter into higher education, studying graphic design and photography at Wolverhampton Polytechnic.
